Paula is strong, word class, international female coach, an ambassador for female coaches.
Her credentials are one of the early females in North American to obtain the BCU 5 Star leader award, as well as the ACA Level 5 Advanced Water Instructor. She is currently as BCU L2 coach.
She spends mostly all her vacation and free time coaching and paddling in her local New England USA waters and in the advanced conditions that Anglesey provides. Paula is a keen expedition paddler, leader and coach and together with Kayak Waveology and Tidal Waters @ Sea Kayaking UK provides Expeditions to far flung outlying Scottish or Ireland coasts & islands. That’s all when the season isn’t frozen over when she takes to the mountains and shares her knowledge of Telemark skiing as a ski coach.
Paula’s boat of choice is the Explorer LV for tidal races, heavy weather, and expeditions. The Romany Classic for surfing and rock hopping. The Celtic 4-piece crank pro range with 700 blades is her paddle. Was really hard to pry her old Lendal Nordcapp from her hands.
